Ossoro French Vanilla, 500 ml – Flavour Essence

Ossoro has captured and bottled the essence of quintessential French vanilla. This refined yet full-bodied flavour can be utilized to impart a touch of vanilla with a nutty, buttery twist to baked goods, pies, custards, confectionery, sweets and beverages. This flavour blend is bake stable, works at low dosage and masks the smell of eggs. Ossoro recommends the use of 1.5-2 ml of flavour per kilo of cake dough. Each and every ml measures approximately 20 drops of the essence. This product is 100 percent vegetarian, incorporates no preservatives and is free from spirit. Appropriate for all baked goods, desserts and culinary preparations.
